Use Android 12.
A few days ago, John Wu updated and released the official version of Magisk v24.0, which is the well-known “skin”.
Overall, this release adds full support for Android 12, removes MagiskHide (which can hide root status to trick some apps like the Play Store), and adds a new feature called Zygisk Custom Play Machine.
At the same time, the changelog also mentioned that the new version of Meizu models, Sony models, OnePlus, OPPO, Realme and other models also have better support.
As for the reasons for MagiskHide’s dismissal, John Wu stated from the start that he is now a regular Google employee and that MagiskHide has a conflict of interest with the code it maintains.
If you are an old Magisk user, I am afraid that some of the features have been experienced in the previous version of Canary, of course, the stability and usability of the official version are higher, and it is recommended to upgrade.
