Samsung has unveiled Galaxy A42 5G, touted because of the company’s cheapest 5G smartphone thus far. The phone will last sale later this year. Samsung has not disclosed the total specifications and price of the phone yet.
The latest addition to Samsung’s popular Galaxy A-series comes with four rear cameras and a 6.6-inch OLED screen. The phone comes in a black color option.
The official render shows Galaxy A42 5G sporting a waterdrop-like notch on the front. the rear panel houses a square-like camera module. The LED flash sits outside the module. the rear panel is very unique with four color texture.
As said earlier, Samsung has not officially revealed the specifications. consistent with reports, the phone will have a 48-megapixel main sensor on the rear. The setup will feature a 5-megapixel depth sensor.
The A42 5G is alleged to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 690 processor with a minimum of 4GB of RAM. The phone is probably going to own a 5,000mAh battery. you’ll expect Samsung to supply Galaxy A42 5G in 64GB and 128GB variants.
That said, Samsung Galaxy A42 5G will replace Galaxy A51 5G because of the cheapest Samsung 5G phone. The Galaxy A51 5G features a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with an Infinity-O cutout. It runs on an octa-core processor with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB storage. It also has four rear cameras including a 48-megapixel primary sensor. The phone runs on a 4,500mAh battery.
Separately, Samsung has also unveiled a Wireless Charger Trio which may power as many as three devices simultaneously. The new Wireless Charger Trio will last sale very soon. inline with Sammobile, it’s visiting cost 99 euro ( ₹8,500 approximately).
